As a Sourcing Manager within the Global Strategic Sourcing division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic Enterprise Sourcing team that spearheads intricate, cross-departmental strategic sourcing and contracting projects. Categories of focus encompass IT Professional Services, Outsourced Services, Software, Banking Operations, and Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities:


• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal business stakeholders; gain a thorough understanding of strategic business objectives, requirements, and priorities across designated suppliers and/or spend categories.


• Acquire and uphold a comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting, and ongoing management, ensuring compliance and documentation throughout the entire process.


• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking processes; utilize key insights to guide and support business, category, and project strategies.


• Conduct financial analyses, including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact assessments, and benchmark evaluations.


• Develop, lead, and manage a diverse portfolio of sourcing initiatives throughout the complete sourcing and contracting lifecycle.


• Formulate and execute negotiation strategies for high-value and complex multi-year agreements.


• Direct contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and business functions to maximize overall value, encompassing financial outcomes, service levels, and risk management.


• Oversee critical supplier relationships with an emphasis on quality, service, delivery, risk, and cost management.


• Provide leadership support for cross-functional teams in the development and execution of sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and intricate contract negotiations.
