The

Implementation Coordinator

will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. They will take charge of all installer-related tasks, leveraging their skills, training, certifications, and proven abilities to lead and support our installation team. They will drive the project’s scope during implementation, facilitating seamless communication between our administrative and installation teams, all while meticulously managing the project budget. We truly believe that we are better together Responsibilities: ·Demonstrate mastery of all Field Service Technicians (FST) roles and responsibilities as meticulously outlined in our documentation ·Facilitate hand-off meetings to verify the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of quoted products with project requirements ·Develop an intimate understanding of project scopes and expectations for all assigned projects and services ·Formulate efficient and thorough plans to execute project scopes with precision ·Guarantee that available installation documentation provides comprehensive guide for on-site resources, enabling their success ·Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within our budget, and in strict adherence to our original specifications ·Act as a mentor to FSTs when supervising them, holding them accountable for their performance ·Proactively seek professional development opportunities to enhance leadership and communication skills ·Be prepared to take on additional job duties beyond those detailed above as part of the ordinary conduct of business Compensation and Benefits ·Paid Time Off (PTO) ·Volunteer Paid Time Off (VTO) ·100% employer paid family health insurance premium ·100% employer paid disability insurance ·100% employer paid dental & vision insurance ·401k with Safe Harbor contributions from company annually ·Profit sharing opportunities ·Bonus programs Qualifications: ·3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a technology-related field ·Experience with implementing software solutions, hardware installations, or IT projects ·Strong verbal and written communication skills ·A solid understanding of project management principles ·The ability to identify and address issues or roadblocks that may arise ·Great attention to detail ·Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
