JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan

The Spa Receptionist will support fellow staff members in creating a team atmosphere.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly

  • Greet clients and answer phone calls.
  • Schedule and maintain appointments including reminder calls and rescheduling when necessary.
  • Check clients in and check them out at the end of each service.
  • Stock rooms as needed.
  • Laundry, light dusting, organizing product and general duties.
  • Keep display cabinet neatly stocked and perform inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment for all clients and team members.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with client.
  • Be positive, personable, patient and dependable.
  • Be willing to be part of a team.
  • Must be passionate about serving others.
  • The spa receptionist has no supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed
  • High school diploma.
  • Salon/Spa experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest
  • This position is both sedentary and on their feet throughout the day.
  • This position works in the facility spa.
  • Ability to lift up to 15lbs
