Department Overview Sr Business Analysis Specialist with experience preferably using JIRA

and/or Confluence.

Experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis. Must have knowledge of delivery methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) with a proven track record in using these skills to manage products through the entire product life cycle.

Job Description The Sr Business Analysis Specialist leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of large scale/complex projects or programs requiring a cohesive approach to broad business solutions with full traceability to realize project benefits. Provides advisory support, leadership direction and guidance to assigned Business Analyst resources, stakeholders and executives of the projects and/or program across multiple Lines of Business (LoB).

Job Requirements Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Depth & Scope:

Senior specialist providing advisory services to program executives, business segment leaders and governs the requirements management for a program with multiple component projects and may lead requirements management for Tier 1 high risk, strategic and regulatory programs Deep expertise in business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle Gains/acquires advanced understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery Provides leadership guidance, makes recommendations and collaborates with business and technology to ensure the technology solution meets the business needs on a complex project or program Identifies and leads problem resolution for project/program complex requirements related issues at all levels Supports the overall program Communication & Change Management activities across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications Education & Experience:

Undergraduate degree required Business Analysis Accreditation Graduate degree is an asset 10+ year related business analysis and project delivery experience required
