We are looking for someone more junior to do technical/procedure writing, transcription from video, and administration of the change management process.
Job Summary:
•Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards.
•Under supervision may perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation related to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
•Maintains and updates Quality System procedures and work instructions.
•Manages document control electronic system (Control): schedules document and diagram reviews, maintains account users, maintains controlled copy holders.
•Manages Change Control process: revises documents and processes, tracks open changes, maintains records for all changes, maintains all controlled copies (ie. filing, distributing, destroying), and prepares metrics on the process.
•Maintains approved artwork binders.
Education: Bachelors Degree
