Responsibilities

•Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
•Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
•Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
•Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
•Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
•Nurture business opportunities
•Close business opportunities
•Lead generate target businesses
•Develop new sales relationships
•Follow the team plan
•Follow your daily and weekly routes
•Attend all sales meetings
•Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
•Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
•Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
•Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
•Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience

Qualifications

•Sales experience is required
•Must be 21 years of age or older
•Must have clean driving record
•Must have working rights in the USA
•Must live within daily driving distance of location
•Ability to make a good first impression
•High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
•Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
•Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
•2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
•Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
