Job Overview:
Are you a tenacious sales professional with a passion for driving revenue and building strong client relationships? Were seeking an Aggressive Account Sales Manager to dominate the Miami Metro/Pompano Beach market in the commercial and residential roofing industry. If youre motivated by results, thrive on closing deals, and excel at fostering long-term client relationships, this is your opportunity to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Business: Identify and target potential customers using various methods, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate our roofing solutions, clearly communicating their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms and close deals with a focus on maximizing profitability.
- Bid Preparation: Provide the estimating department with necessary photos and documents to prepare accurate bids.
- Estimate Coordination: Ensure timely completion of estimates by working closely with the estimating team.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events and networking groups, both during and after work hours.
- Sales Targets: Maintain and exceed assigned sales quotas while adhering to company guidelines.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to build lasting client relationships.
- Market Expansion: Develop connections with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and track progress towards monthly and annual sales targets.
- Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven sales experience in the roofing industry preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities for representing the company and building rapport with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer applications; CRM experience is a plus.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach.

El gerente de cuentas de ventas es responsable de generar ventas e ingresos mediante la identificacion y busqueda de nuevas oportunidades de negocio y el mantenimiento de relaciones con los clientes existentes. El rol implica desarrollar un conocimiento profundo de los productos o servicios ofrecidos por la empresa y comunicar de manera efectiva sus caracteristicas y beneficios a los clientes potenciales.
Tarea:
- Identifique e investigue clientes potenciales a traves de varios canales, incluidas las redes sociales, las ferias comerciales y las llamadas en frio.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los clientes existentes, asegurando su satisfaccion con los productos o servicios prestados.
- Presentar y demostrar los productos o servicios a clientes potenciales, destacando sus caracteristicas y beneficios unicos.
- Negociar ventas y cerrar tratos con los clientes.
- Proporcionar al departamento de estimacion las imagenes y los documentos necesarios para preparar la oferta.
- Asegurese de que las estimaciones se completen de manera oportuna por el departamento de estimacion.
- Establecer contactos tanto durante las horas de trabajo como periodicamente despues de las horas mientras representa a la empresa en los grupos de redes de la industria designados.
- Mantener las cuotas de ventas asignadas y seguir las pautas establecidas por la empresa.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
- Desarrollar relaciones de trabajo con administradores de propiedades, asociaciones de condominios, propietarios de propiedades comerciales y administradores de instalaciones.
- Crecimiento continuo con la base de clientes actual.
- Mantener informes de ventas adecuados.
- Cumplir o superar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y anuales.
- Completar otras tareas a discrecion de la gerencia
Requisitos:
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion escrita y verbal para articular claramente con varios departamentos y personas.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para representar organizaciones en publico.
- Buenos conocimientos informaticos.
- La experiencia de CRM es una ventaja.
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en ventas en la industria de techos.
- Se prefiere bilingue ingles/espanol.
