The Marketing Specialist is an entry-level position critical in supporting integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and promote profitable growth across the Caliber portfolio, including Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass, Caliber Fleet Solutions, and Protech Automotive Solutions. This role assists in planning and implementing external marketing programs that drive business, consistently reflect the Caliber brand, and align with our core purpose, vision, and mission. The Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing strategies, collaborating with operations, talent acquisition, digital marketing, customer experience (CX), sales enablement, internal communications, agency partners, and other vital groups.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Supports the Director of Integrated Marketing in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives to meet targets related to revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Assists in developing and managing a monthly content calendar for customer-facing channels such as caliber.com, social media, blogs, and emails to engage audiences effectively.
- Helps coordinate efforts across the Caliber family of brands to ensure constructive collaboration and effective service promotion.
- Aids in creating and distributing marketing and promotional materials, working across various departments.
- Supports the implementation of promotional activities, including public relations, media advertising, collateral, and local store marketing initiatives like community events and partnerships.
- Assists in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Performs additional duties as needed to support Caliber's overall goals and objectives.
- Basic knowledge of brand content development and management across multiple channels.
- Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging content.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- A willingness to learn and use innovative marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the necessary knowledge and skills.
- 1 to 3 years of comprehensive, firsthand experience in marketing - experience in retail services, marketing agencies, B2C, or automotive services is highly preferred.
