DEPT: SEU NETWORK
POSITION SUMMARY
The position reports to the Dean & Chief Operations Officer and provides support to facilitate the implementation of processes and resources for SEU Network partnerships, including regional campuses, extension sites and dual enrollment sites. The Operations Coordinator works closely with the operations team and delivers results by ensuring follow-through and completion of project tasks in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Project Coordination - Assist the Dean and operations team with projects and initiatives to
facilitate operational matters for SEU Network sites and campuses in the areas of:
- Data Management - Coordinates the systematic creation and maintenance of partner site data within the university ecosystem, including the management of operational and personnel information. Manages the tracking of regional campus, extension site and dual enrollment site details, including: official site contact information, onboarding status, agreement information, deliveries and majors, pertinent codes, and financial scenarios.
- Site and Partner Support - Liaisons with internal and external support departments to resolve site and student needs. In collaboration with the Student Services departments, serves as student liaison in the areas of course registration and general student support. Communicates directly with site personnel and students as needed and ensures timely responses throughout all University processes to address questions and concerns from site staff, faculty, and students.
- Course Scheduling - Supports the coordination of course scheduling for regional campuses, extension sites, dual enrollment sites, or other partner initiatives through course needs analyses, site-specific scheduling of local face-to-face courses, initial faculty assignments, and auditing. Assists the site with the finalization of the semester schedule, as needed.
- Financial Coordination - Collaborates with internal offices to ensure the coding and charges for students and the execution of financial disbursements for sites and campuses, as appropriate. Provides analysis and support to relevant departments in rectifying student charges and financial remittance issues.
- Training - Coordinates training tools for partner site personnel, including the development of operational resources and materials to address recurring challenges. Assists with organization of training events for new and existing site personnel.
•Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree in any field
•Data Management - Experience with data entry and tracking with a high level of accuracy
•Experience - Applied experience in a higher education support role
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education Required - Bachelor's degree and applied experience in higher education student and/or
operation support. - Communication - Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, especially written and oral
communications, customer-service, and the ability to convey complex technical information - Interpersonal Skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with SEU faculty and staff.
- Critical Thinking - Strong analytical skills as related to problem-solving and learning new technologies.
- Project Management - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects; strong project management
and follow-up skills; strong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks and
deliverables.
