Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit BCBA candidates as assigned by Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.
- Timely and accurately provides BCBA offers to internal and external candidates.
- Follow established process for regular communication with BCBA pipeline of candidates.
- Maintain detailed candidate records in the ATS (iCIMS)
- Work with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hire.
- Handle complex recruitment cases.
- Performs Other Duties as Assigned
Expectations:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruiting process.
- Weekly cold calls to active BCBAs across the nation.
- Consistent candidate outreach
- Move candidates through ATS iCIMS.
- Provide KPI reporting as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous ABA experience highly preferred.
- 2+ years of previous Talent Acquisition experience.
- May substitute, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
