We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our mission of providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit qualified candidates for BT and RBT positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our team
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
- Post job openings and refresh job postings regularly to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ months of ABA experience highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
