Seeking a passionate Sales Coach within Healthcare Recruitment

What You'll Do

Conduct individual and group coaching sessions with recruiters to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored action plans.

Create training content and incorporate interactive elements to enhance learning retention.

Provide ongoing training on modern sales techniques, including utilizing technology platforms, social media, and data analytics to optimize recruitment efforts.

Collaborate with the recruitment leadership team to design and implement sales training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify trends, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Act as a mentor and role model for recruiters, demonstrating best practices in sales, communication, and relationship-building.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in healthcare recruitment to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the field.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant Inside-Sales or Recruitment experience, Healthcare Recruitment or leadership experience preferred OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3+ years recent success in Sales or Recruitment

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Experience using PowerPoint

Proven track record of success in sales coaching or sales management, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to adapt coaching strategies to the needs and learning styles of different individuals and teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong understanding of modern sales techniques and tools, including CRM systems, social selling platforms, and data analytics.

High level of initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

Compensation

$80,000. Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
