Qualifications 5+ years of proven expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) platform usage. 5+ years of proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), including reporting and a proficient in understanding of the Salesforce CRM architecture. 5+ years of experience using research, data, and metrics to back up assumptions and assess the efficacy of programs. 5+ years of experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements, and optimize accordingly. Proven experience in utilizing and applying Generative AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions and strategic implementation. Proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to coordinate and execute complex marketing campaigns and initiatives efficiently, ensuring alignment, resource management, and timely delivery. Proven experience presenting metrics and progress to goals to Marketing stakeholders and Marketing Leaders. Comprehensive understanding of lead generation methodologies. Proven experience building high-performance, sophisticated email nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, and managing and optimizing email subscription center management. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards, including experience in creating and executing email A/B tests. Proficient in data governance practices and compliance requirements. Basic HTML knowledge. Proficiency with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce integrated tools including 6sense, ZoomInfo, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Datorama. Set Yourself Apart With: Pardot certification. 6sense MarOps certification. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to lead best practices and a desire to help build a best-in-class marketing operations team. Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities. Experience in B2B, digital advertising, or ad-tech products/services supported by Forrester B2B Marketing certification (e.g., Mastering Demand & ABM or Accelerating B2B Marketing) or similar.
