At Texas Mutual, our senior manager product management works collaboratively with business, agile and technology partners to lead a talented team, made up of creative and critical thinkers. In this role, you will determine and oversee delivery of the product strategy and roadmap to achieve business outcomes and financial objectives. Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

Hire, develop, and retain the best employees that embody company values and help achieve our business outcomes. Establish product roadmaps that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes and effectively communicate those plans across the organization. Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations. Develop strong relationships and regularly communicate with product stakeholders and customers to shape the product strategy and surface and prioritize needs. Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions. Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements. Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives for the product. Serve as product manager for multiple agile delivery teams. Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.

What You’ll Bring

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience. At least 7 years of relevant work experience centered around product management or equivalent education, training, or experience. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (PO certifications are a plus). A passion and skill to build authentic, trusted relationships. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to encourage diverse opinions and actively listen. Bonus points if you have experience in the insurance industry. Even more bonus points if you have B2B software product experience.
