We're looking for a strategic and driven Senior Manager of Product Management to lead and enhance our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse user base for one of the most important moments during the home shopping and selling journey. As a user focused product leader, you will work in close collaboration with peers on the customer and revenue side to ensure we are driving meaningful impact for our users and our customers. Additionally, you will lead a group of product managers, both in shaping the work we are doing for our users, while also coaching to help grow their career.

What you'll do:

  • Vision and Strategy Development: Build and refine a bottoms-up point of view on vision, strategy, and goals in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional peers. Translate this vision into specific goals for your teams.
  • Team Development: Manage and develop individual contributors on your team, ensuring team members are engaged and progressing in their skill development, aligning business needs with individual motivations
  • Feedback and Communication: Establish effective feedback loops and communication channels. Balance informal communication with formal executive-level interactions, tailoring messages to create conversation and engagement.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Translate strategic OKRs into tactical actions, plans, and roadmaps. Manage with metrics to deliver high-value outcomes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and dependency management.
  • Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of modern techniques and practices within your role, along with comprehensive knowledge of your consumers/customers, their problems, and market context.
  • Priority Setting: Independently define near-term team and product-level priorities based on senior leadership objectives. Thoroughly explore opportunity spaces to avoid prematurely arriving at solutions.
  • Organizational Influence: Exercise influence within the Product, Tech organizations. Identify when to seek support from senior leadership versus driving initiatives independently.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 10+ years of related experience preferred, or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in product management at a leading technology company, e-commerce, and/or lead generation software is preferred.
  • 2 - 5 years management experience is desired.
  • Best Practices: Demonstrated experience in adopting and coaching product management best practices, standards, and policies.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business objectives and convert them into clear product plans, followed by rigorous execution.
  • Analytical: Metrics and insights led, using data and other evidence to assess opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and overcome obstacles to drive business outcomes.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives concurrently, and remains optimistic despite challenges.
  • Impact-Oriented: Consistently deliver impactful outcomes at the team, stakeholder, and product levels.
