We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to directly support the CEO and the sales team and the company's marketing efforts. This position will play a key role in executing on important company growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by implementing strategies to generate leads through internal efforts and external vendors
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners/customers and analyze competitor trends
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, presentations, and social media content
  • Assist with management and maintenance of the company's CRM system and marketing databases
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, and meetings as needed
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide data analysis reports
  • Provide executive assistant support to the CEO
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 or more years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with social media marketing a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote workforce environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
