Position Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting regional marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with technical teams on proposal strategies and production, conducting research to bolster business development efforts, and assisting in the creation of various marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, events, and advertisements.

This role is fast-paced and requires adaptability, as you will engage in diverse tasks daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical staff on proposal strategies and production.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research to aid business development efforts.
  • Assist in producing presentations, flyers, events, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for current marketing assets.
  • Update information in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, English, or a related field. Essential skills for this role include:

  • Strong graphic design abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in the AEC industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
