Our wealth of knowledge stems from the diversity of brands and successful products we have produced year after year.Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Compensation: $32-35 an hourReports to: General Manager, Union Bay/Esprit/Private LabelSummary: To support the GM in all aspects of her job and act as a liaison between the Sales, Sample, Accounting, Production and Shipping Team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Reporting, Planning, and ForecastingInventory ManagementChargeback and Dilution TrackingTarget PricingCompile and Update Price ListCrib sheets completionAssist in Order WritingMonitor bulk reports stock sheets for accuracyReview and challenge chargeback reportsWork with licensor and outside agentsCoordinate Trade Shows and Booth Set UpUpdate Account ListCompile Show RecapsAssist in Sales MeetingsQualifications/Skills:College degree in Merchandising or similar field 1 to 2 years of experience in merchandising, buying and/or planning Proficiency in retail math and excel.Strong organizational and analytical skill setAbility to multitask, prioritize & focus in a fast-paced environmentsSense of urgency and strong attention to detail & accuracyWillingness to learn & sense for creative problem-solvingAbility to build strong working relationships with cross functional teamsThank you in advance for your interest in this opening.
