Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create a diverse array of meticulously handcrafted cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty beverages using top-notch ingredients, techniques, and garnishes. Continuously introduce fresh and captivating drink concoctions.
  2. Provide exemplary customer service by warmly greeting guests, engaging in friendly and professional conversations, and understanding their preferences. Offer recommendations based on their tastes, ensuring a personalized and delightful experience.
  3. Efficiently and accurately take drink orders, prepare them promptly, and serve beverages with keen attention to detail and presentation. Ensure all orders align with company standards and meet specific customer requests.
  4. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of both classic and contemporary mixology, encompassing various spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients. Stay updated on emerging industry trends and new techniques.
  5. Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, ensuring that all glassware, utensils, and bar tools are sanitized and readily available. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, including proper ingredient handling and storage.
  6. Possess certification in safe alcohol service training.
  7. Collaborate closely with fellow team members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience. Provide support during peak business hours and assist in other areas of the establishment as necessary.
  8. Accurately process customer payments, handle cash responsibly, and maintain a secure cash register. Keep records of sales, tips, and inventory to facilitate effective management and financial transparency.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a reputable establishment, showcasing proficiency in creating a wide range of cocktails and beverages.
  2. In-depth knowledge of mixology, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of various spirits, ingredients, and techniques. Strong customer service skills, enabling effective interaction and connection with patrons.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers, take orders, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and delivering exceptional service even under pressure.
  5. Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
  6. Certification: Possession of relevant certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures), or equivalent, is an added advantage.


$16.00/hr + gratuities
