Key Responsibilities:

  1. Replenishing bar supplies such as glassware, straws, napkins, and garnishes to maintain continuous service.
  2. Ensuring that all beverage stations have an adequate supply of clean glassware, ice, and essential ingredients.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
  4. Regularly emptying trash bins and ensuring proper waste disposal in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Cleaning and polishing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment to uphold top-notch presentation standards.
  6. Providing prompt and friendly customer service by assisting with inquiries, orders, and requests.
  7. Assisting in the delivery of beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  8. Keeping an eye on the bar area for empty glasses, promptly collecting and cleaning them to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  9. Receiving and organizing deliveries of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
  10. Monitoring bar supply inventory levels and notifying management when items need replenishing.
  11. Collaborating closely with bartenders and other bar staff to ensure a smooth workflow and provide exceptional customer service.
  12. Maintaining effective communication with team members, sharing relevant information, and offering support as needed.
  13. Coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service for food and beverage orders.
Qualifications:
  1. While prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred, it's not mandatory.
  2. Possession of strong organizational skills, enabling effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail to uphold high cleanliness and presentation standards.
  4. The ability to work harmoniously within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  5. Basic math skills to assist with inventory management and cash handling.
  6. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy objects, like kegs and beverage cases.
  7. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as demanded in the hospitality industry.


$17.00/hr + gratuities
