Membership Growth and Retention

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Executive will sell products and services to individuals under 65 seeking a marketplace plan.

This role will also sell FHCP Medicare products to individuals who are Medicare eligible and are turning 65.

The Sales Executive will also work to retain current members who are seeking assistance on their plan options at annual open enrollment or during special enrollment periods.

This role will represent FHCP's value proposition and educate prospective members on our care model and services in addition to benefit plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, skills and experience:

*

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience in health insurance sales or related market.

*

Experience in sales or service positions with a full range of health care product knowledge to include Medicare and ACA.

*

Superior organization and planning skills with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.

*

Ability to positively influence others and project a strong, informed community image.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

*

Ability to communicate information, technical and non-technical to staff members, customers, and agent/brokers in a clear and concise manner.

*

Must hold an active State of Florida Health Agency Health Insurance License in good standing.

*

Knowledge and experience with Florida Blue and / or Florida Health Care Plan health products preferred.

*

Experience / membership in community organizations preferred.

*

Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation.

*

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
