District Restaurant Managers

oversee multiple Dairy Queen restaurant locations within a designated region. District Managers are responsible for ensuring that all locations within their assigned district meet or exceed company standards in terms of customer service, quality of products, and profitability. The District Manger manages and supervises restaurant managers and staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and executing their duties effectively.

Requirements:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.

7+ years of experience in fast-food restaurant management, including at least 2 years of experience in a multi-unit management role

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Must successfully pass a background check.

Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).

Strong understanding of the fast-food industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Required Travel up to 75% of the time

Minimum of 45 hours per week based on business demands: including nights, weekends, and holidays to be successful in the role

Must be fluent in English.
