Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a positive work environment. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Administer performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 8+ years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
