Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a positive work environment. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Administer performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
- Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 8+ years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
