The Account Manager, ProfitKeeper is a pivotal role responsible for driving brand adoption rates while integrating cross-selling initiatives to maximize client engagement. Collaborating with stakeholders, this role ensures effective utilization of ProfitKeeper by franchisees and franchisors through training, support and material development. Join us in our evolution Key Responsibilities: Implement practices to ensure widespread adoption of ProfitKeeper and cross-selling solutions within franchisors and franchisees Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to facilitate optimal platform adoption Develop content and support materials to streamline reporting by franchisees and foster cross-selling opportunities Support brand efforts for ProfitKeeper rollouts, including webinars, conventions, and cross-selling campaigns Coordinate with ProfitKeeper support to address ongoing adoption needs and cross-selling strategies Collaborate with C-level executives during onboarding processes to integrate cross-selling strategies effectively Conduct meetings with franchisors to identify areas for improvement and address weak points in platform utilization and cross-selling efforts Facilitate training sessions, schedule training, and create videos for franchisees and franchisors to promote cross-selling Work closely with sales consultants post-contract to set up processes and support clients with cross-selling initiatives Represent ProfitKeeper at conferences and conventions, providing on-site support and promoting cross-selling opportunitiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the franchise industry Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in creating training content, support materials, and cross-selling strategies Knowledge of ProfitKeeper or similar platforms is a plus Willingness to travel to conferences and conventions PrimePay Offers: A competitive salary in the $80 - $90K range based on experience Access to personal, group training and career advancement Leadership development through individualized support and career mentoring Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance and STD/LTD#LI-REMOTE
