•Compensation: First Year Total Compensation = $125k - 140k
•Base Salary = $105k - 115k

Position Description:
This position/program is a developmental project engineering role where you will need to thrive in ambiguity and use your leadership and relationship building skills to influence large multi-functional teams to solve technical, production, and logistics problems in the power generation industry. This role will report to the director of operations for Field Service North America and take supporting and lead roles in multiple concurrent service and strategic business projects and require little to no direct supervision; while learning the larger business and operation Specific functions will include:
•Coordinating large service and modification projects for power plants around the world.
•Leading multi-functional field and office teams through influence to complete short- and long-term improvement and business operations projects.
•Actively serve on power plant service outage projects as a field engineer.
•Create and execute business plans and presentations to senior internal and customer executives.

Requirements The company is looking for O-3 and early O-4 Junior Military Officers with excellent leadership and a strong track record of success and results.
•Ability to form strong genuine relationships with coworkers and customers
•Willingness and ability to travel frequently and operate independently of direct supervision.
