Treasure Coast Community Health is seeking a Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resource Department. This position will facilitate a professional, personable, and effective atmosphere for the administrative office by greeting staff and visitors professionally and pleasantly; screen incoming calls in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires into the HRIS systems and personnel files. Assist in orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Assist in the planning and preparation of all employee celebrations including: monthly birthday/anniversary, annual picnic, employee recognition, and holiday parties. Performs general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, phone, fax, copying, and mail. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are required. The successful candidate will be dependable, have high sense of confidentiality and be teamwork focused.

High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in general office environment, previous data entry experience with demonstrated accuracy, Experience with general computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience in HRIS preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, process oriented individual with attention to detail required, Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information, Self-motivated, independent worker with strong time management skills.
