HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Identify and analyze business needs/gaps, conducting requirements gathering, defining scope and objectives, and eliminating duplicate/redundancies. Linking large data sets from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment that can be used for reporting and presentations. Provide brief outs to management regarding work and projects - i.e. analysis report, executive summary, etc. Develop and/or execute existing systems and processes for gathering and storing data for future projects. Daily to weekly management of repositories and system updates. Able to document process and work instructions. Proactively identifies trends impacting the delivery of the services and provide awareness with recommendations. Monitors and reports performance against baseline to ensure that contractual costs and schedule objectives are met. Able to effectively communicate with the delivery line leads and leadership to ensure deliverables are met. Calculate and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer needs to support financial forecasting and budget. Increase efficiency by using different skills and tools such as data repository management, power automate and other internal systems that the company uses. Able to collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data as well as support in person engagements. Able to work onsite to support/facilitate customer, company, and community events. Familiar with supply chain and asset management. Ability to flex schedule availability when assigned to new projects. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Technical Training, Certification(s) or BA/BS or related experience in lieu of degree. Analytical and quantitative skills: working with and synthesizing large data sets to provide actionable insights. Must be proficient in Excel by mapping separate data sets to provide final output. Power automate and/or applications used in data analysis. Manage time effectively while working on multiple projects. Must have strong reporting and presentation skills.
