Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst to work on a critical project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business systems and industry requirements, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
  • Develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
  • Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
  • Work in some phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of PC/distributed applications, including one or more of the following technologies: Net, Visual Basic, MS SQL Server, MS Access/Excel, Internet technologies.
  • Working knowledge of standard design methodologies and principles.
  • A strong business perspective and knowledge of the characteristics and analytics associated with complex fixed income instruments.
  • Knowledge of the processing and modeling associated with derivative instruments is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong business and analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and track record of leading/managing successful large-scale project implementations.
  • Strong Excel experience is required (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
  • Cloud access security broker (CASB) or Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps.
  • Strong SQL query skills are preferred.
  • Receiving and ability to explain reporting.
  • 100% remote.
