Resilient under pressure, demonstrating the composure needed to navigate the challenges of the industrial sector. Ability to thrive independently and collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team environment. High energy levels and a self-starter mentality, perfectly aligned with the fast-paced nature of Light Industrial Staffing. Education And Experience High School Degree or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Generally requires 2-5 years of related experience or sales experience, with a focus on Light Industrial Staffing. Strong Sales and Customer Service skills tailored for the industrial sector. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Quick learner with the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity goals. Exceptional organizational skills to navigate multiple departments and follow up with clients and prospects. Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves significant outside sales activities. Maintain constant communication with the VP of Operations. Actively participate in weekly sales and development calls. Physical Requirements Thrive on the road with 50% travel, including the ability to lift, stand, and carry a minimum of 20lbs.
