With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and driving success for our clients.In this role your key contributions will include:•Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.•Manage and optimize Ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus, to maximize sales and revenue.•Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and websites.•Utilize HTML/CSS skills to customize and enhance website design, ensuring a seamless user experience.•Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and initiatives.•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.•Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills, however, even if you do not meet all of the below, very interested candidates should still apply:•Proven results in digital marketing, with a focus on web page design, lead form UI and Ecommerce•At least 3 yrs. in B2B and B2C lead form generation and web page UI optimization. •Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro).•Experience with Google Ads management & optimization and social media ecommerce marketplaces.•Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for website customization and optimization.•Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively across different channels.•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.•Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.•Extensive experience with SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.Would be an extra bonus if you have:•Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools (HubSpot).•Knowledge of CRM systems (NetSuite) and marketing analytics platforms.•Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.At GoEngineer, we understand that our value comes from our employees, and we celebrate and respect their unique experiences.
