Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team on a short-term project basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of a project spanning 8-10 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, maintaining clear communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.
Branding Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of branding principles to guide and align the project with the client's brand identity and goals.
Financial Communications: While not mandatory, a background in finance would be a valuable asset for the client’s customers in banking.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality project delivery.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, making strategic decisions to keep the project on track.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project components.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a design or advertising agency setting.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them in project execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
Experience in financial management is a plus.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
