Full-time position open in our friendly Integrative Medical Facility of Counselors, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Physician Assistant, and Recovery Professionals.

Wisdom Traditions Counseling Services provides Alaska State certified and CARF nationally accredited outpatient programs, including telehealth services for patients. Our integrated approach includes behavioral health, addiction treatment, care coordination, and medication management in a private, confidential setting. We value a culture of learning.
Who we are looking for:
A motivated self-starter with a mature attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and technology proficiency. Essential Job Functions include patient encounter coordination, revenue cycle tasks, scheduling, care coordination, and enhancing patient experience efficiency.
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year customer service or administrative support experience
Preferred:
Associate Degree
Minimum of three (3) years in mental health care/recovery or related field
Significant experience in healthcare/customer service
Familiarity with other cultures
Demonstrate Ability to Perform:
Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Electronic Health Records systems
Competence with PC and Mobile platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to work with patients with addiction and maladaptive behaviors
Background check and work references required.
