Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Verification: Ensure accuracy in labor, mileage, and parts listed on work orders.
  • Work Order Management: Handle the opening, closing, and modification of service work orders.
  • Warranty Review: Check machine repair history and current work orders for potential warranty coverage.
  • Invoice Processing: Process purchase orders and external invoices promptly, adhering to company procedures.
  • Service Report Management: Review all open work orders and ensure service reports are completed and corrected as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized folders for field service work order history.
