Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Client Onboarding Ops team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding of new and existing clients, ensuring that all required documents, accounts, reports, and entitlements are in place prior to the client's scheduled launch date. The role involves coordinating with various internal and external teams to manage the operational setup of client accounts across multiple asset classes (PB, FX, Equity Swaps, Futures, CDS/IRS, Commodities, etc.).

Key responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating the post-account opening setup for trading readiness. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML, Risk, Operations) and external clients to gather documentation, complete KYC processes, and ensure tax validations. Additionally, you will maintain accuracy in the documentation tracking database and serve as the primary contact throughout the onboarding process.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

salary: $21.33 - $21.34 per hour

Responsibilities

- Account initiation for all asset classes (PB, FX, Equity Swaps, Futures, CDS/IRS, Commodities, etc.) and foreign markets.
- Coordinating with necessary approval (Sales, Credit, Documentation, AML, IED/FID Risk, and Operations.
- Coordinating with Internal and External clients to gather required documentation for compliance with firm KYC
- Initiating Requests for the opening of Segregated Foreign Market IDs.
- Ensuring Tax validations are complete prior to opening all new accounts
- Ensuring the accuracy of the information contained within the documentation tracking database.
- Coordinating Ready to Trade tasks Post Account Opening (reporting ,entitlements account linkage, etc.)
