This is an opportunity for ambitious Account Managers to build a solid book of business and create a real career for themselves at a rapidly growing company. Our top Account Managers are routinely earning $70k - $150k per year. We are only seeking individuals who can perform at a high level. This position offers a highly competitive base salary as well as stock options, 401k matching, and an uncapped commission structure based on your performance Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts Schedule and go through demos of our product Calling on new accounts to build your book of business Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints Network and build relationships with the client base Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building Adapt our product recommendations to suit the agents’ needs by asking discovery questions and handling objections Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience 3 + years experience in sales Experience in relationship management Insurance producer experience a plus Strong phone sales skills Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients What we offer: Base plus Commissions and Performance Bonuses 401k with Company Match Company-sponsored Health, Dental and Life Insurance plans Employee Referral Bonus Extensive Paid Product training Advancement opportunities Earn a competitive base salary, plus UNCAPPED commission based on your performance.
