We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and closing deals to drive our business growth. Your ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities will be key to our success. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. market. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales personnel, fostering a high-performance sales culture. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results. Industry Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and competitors. Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build the company's presence and business relationships. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Skills

Proven track record of 7-10 years in sales and business development with a consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working experience with IT Consulting and Services will be an added advantage. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a keen understanding of market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively. Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Travel as required to meet business needs.
