Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our remote team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who speak both English and Spanish fluently. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and work to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Location:

  • Baltimore, MD - Hybrid Position.

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

Pay Rate:

  • $31.25 - $40.87 Per Hour (Based on experience).

Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring candidates meet position requirements.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers on hiring best practices and candidate evaluation.
Qualifications:
  • One year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, particularly in bilingual recruitment.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to assess candidates objectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
