Required Skills Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business consulting, process re-engineering, and data analytics. Technical Skills Extensive experience with business process mapping, SOP development, and workflow design. Proficiency in database administration with a focus on relational databases, vector databases, SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Familiarity with big data tools and platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. Soft Skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience working with a diverse, globally dispersed technical and management team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Demonstrated ability to view business solutions holistically and integrate technology effectively. Consultative acumen with a strategic mindset. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in relevant database technologies or business process management. Experience with AI and machine learning applications in business processes.
