SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Coordinate with IPDAE Director and Training Facilitators to ensure the mission and goals of IPDAE are met;Facilitate the development and dissemination of materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates; Supervise not less than a dozen part time employee/trainers;Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the organizing of special events;Communicate and collaborate with project developers and partnering organizations/institutions;Complete forms and compile supporting documentation for quarterly reporting to the FDOE;Collect, review and vetting of IPDAE Training Facilitator submitted resources for adherence to compliance protocol;Develop, maintain, and facilitate customer relations and support;Coordinate the activities of the Subject Matter Experts (SME) at all host sites to ensure consistency of resource and training delivery;Assist in the development and implementation of instructional resources and materials for improving adult education outcomes;Coordinate and facilitate scheduled meetings with partners and agencies for the Director of IPDAE;Represent Director in his/her absence;Support the daily operations and interactions of IPDAE by responding to inquiries and request for information and similar office duties;Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of IPDAE.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary.
