We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below. We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team. Summary of Job Functions and Equipment: Completing all monthly preventive maintenance items (example: fire pump, recycling, company vehicles, and generators) Troubleshooting Responsible for having corporate facilities knowledge base to complete basic maintenance task, managing scheduling, overseeing and payment of all facilities vendors Daily checks of the Ball building (4 currently) Completing and closing work orders Oversee facilities related capital projects Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications

: Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers. Minimum 5 years in facility leadership role Values and display exceptional customer service Minimum Qualifications: Over 18 years of age Ability to gain union membership High School diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity Strong written and verbal English skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel or comfortable with using a computer Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing Average Starting Rate: $ 28.00-$34.00
