- Pioneer the automation revolution, transforming service delivery and leaving manual efforts in the rearview.
- Dive headfirst into complex technical challenges related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with support teams to orchestrate swift resolutions for incidents and service requests.
- Create a legacy of comprehensive technical documentation for our ServiceNow solutions and configurations.
- Conduct riveting training sessions, empowering team members and end-users with the mastery of ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are not just desirable; they're your badge of honor.
- 5 years of ITSM experience and 3 years of HCLS experience - you've been in the trenches, and you thrive there.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflow configuration, and UI customization - you're not just a user; you're a maestro.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices - you don't just follow; you lead.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts with finesse to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
