Conduct activities of the properties function, responsible for representing Aerojet Rocketdyne on governmental property matters. Perform and monitor FAR property compliance, tagging, maintenance, and disposal activities. Support all Enterprise and Team property objectives. Guide program personnel during property closeout and asset disposition. Collect data, develop/maintain metrics, and participate in property-related audits. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience. Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Government property regulations. Good written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of contracting basics and ability to read and interpret drawings. Experience with property systems and reporting.
