  • Provide on-site assistance to clients with HVAC-related issues

  • Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Adhere to state and local building regulations to ensure compliance
  • Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and services provided
  • Stay up-to-date with local and federal regulations regarding safe electrical systems
  • Communicate effectively with other personnel to discuss project details and provide feedback
  • Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
  • Follow safety protocols on field visits and stay aware of industry regulations to ensure high-quality work

Requirements:

  • Valid electrical license and certification
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to client sites
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical systems and property maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
