Candidates will be scheduled for each position throughout the week, as business levels and staffing needs dictate.

When scheduled as Customer Care Specialist, this individual is responsible for answering incoming calls to the property and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Customer Care Specialist must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel .

When scheduled as a Front Office Host, this individual is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

The hourly rate range for the Customer Care Specialist is $24.25/hour to $25.76/hour. The starting rate for this position is $24.25/hour. For colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more, the hourly rate increases to $24.74/hour. If promoted to a lead role, this position offers $25.25/hour, and $25.76/hour if working in a lead capacity for four years or more. With this position also offering the opportunity to work as a Front Office Host, when scheduled as such, this individual may earn $25.25/hour.

When working as an hourly colleague of the Front Desk as a Host, this individual is eligible to receive an upsell incentive of 10% of the guest's cost to upgrade their accommodation. The colleague must be the responsible party for assisting the guest with the upgrade at the Front Desk.
