Bey Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and motivated entry level Associate to join our remote sales team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and setting up our meetings. This role is crucial for driving our business growth and ensuring a steady pipeline of sales opportunities. Pay is based on experience and performance.) Associates Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry events, and other online resources. Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about Bey Group of Companies value proposition. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to sales management. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B environment. Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
