Job Description Analyzes, verifies, authorizes, processes and reports related financial information in support of a specific field or a business unit operation. Designs, develops and implements systems or procedures resulting in the accurate reporting financial or system data. Job Responsibility Analyzes and reports on physician contract details to provide a financial model summarizing compensation components and productivity metrics, to facilitate the renewal process for the various hospital service lines. Monitor physician's clinical productivity, evaluate against targets, and coordinate with Corporate Finance to receive supporting reconciliations. Audit Lenox Hill Hospital physicians, per the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA), via retrieval of their productivity data, to benchmark their total cash compensation against industry standards fair market values. Compile a compensation overview packet entailing current and proposed salary terms for the external attorneys, Sullivan Cotter, to opine on the fair market value thereof. Collaborate with the Physician Compensation and Legal departments to review that physician contract terms are accurate and measure against Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) survey data. Interface with the Business Development Team to structure and confirm proposed physician contract amendments. Responsible for maintaining proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data. Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance to departmental policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations. Maintains compliance with various state, federal, and industry standards and regulations. Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions. Preferred Skills Analytical Great problem-solving skills Detail oriented and organized Strong ability to multi-task. Job Qualification Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
