YOUR DAY-DAY: FP&A monthly and quarterly forecasting, consolidation, and reporting Work closely with key members of the accounting and finance department on month and quarter end closing, ensuring proper supporting reconciliation, workpapers, and preparing variance explanation with key drivers Weekly and monthly cash Management forecasting & reporting Balance Sheet reviews and supporting schedules Bi-annual review and calculation of capitalized overhead Manage and reporting the overall development budget and pipeline Liaison between internal and external auditors Maintain workflows and involvement SOX compliance Collaborative as a cross functional partner with our legal and content team Protecting company assets through cash management, policies, and procedures

YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft Office program (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred knowledge of Oracle applications (PBCS) Very strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Exercise sound judgement and solution focused Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Drive process improvement and initiatives that impact the function and business Ability to thrive in a high pressure and rapidly changing, less structured environment Ability to multi-task, self- motivated, meet deadlines, and maintain focus and confidentiality Strong relationship building ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish Has knowledge of and actively consumes Univision content, a plus
