Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, suited for a recent college graduate with 3 years of experience in finance operations. Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and enterprise resource planning systems, as well as a general knowledge of accounts payable/receivable functions. Exceptional financial data analytical skills, with experience in preparing high-level reports from raw data. Additional Requirements: A passion for leveraging technology to address business challenges, coupled with strong project management abilities. Capable of effectively building relationships across all organizational levels, highlighting excellent communication skills.
