RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with preparation of US GAAP tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and statutory tax provisions in accordance with statutory requirements * Timely preparation/review of federal income tax returns for both insurance and non-insurance subsidiaries * Timely preparation/review of state and local tax returns, including income tax, premium tax, property tax and sales and use tax * Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies; assist with state tax audits as needed * Prepare computations related to and processing of quarterly/periodic estimated tax payments * Research tax law to confirm tax positions taken on returns are appropriate
